At Certified Car Checks, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, please note that all vehicle history report purchases are final and non-refundable. Our reports are intended solely for informational purposes, and we cannot be held liable for any decisions or purchases made based on the information they contain.
Non-Refundable Policy
Strict No-Refund Clause
All payments made to Certified Car Checks are considered final. Once a report has been delivered, it cannot be refunded.
48-Hour Limit
Refund requests submitted more than 48 hours after report delivery will be automatically declined.
Data Accuracy Disclaimer
While we source our data from reliable third-party databases, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of all vehicle information.
Disputes and Chargebacks
In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, Certified Car Checks reserves the right to pursue legal recourse to recover losses.
Exceptional Cases for Refund
Refunds may be considered only under the following rare circumstances:
- The delivered report was completely blank and contained no data.
- You were charged twice for the same VIN report.
Invalid Reasons for Refund
Refunds will not be granted under the following situations:
- You believe there is an error in the report (data is provided “as is” from external sources).
- The report was incomplete due to unavailable information.
- There was a delay in report delivery (most are delivered within 6–12 hours).
- You changed your mind or were not satisfied with the report content.
How to Request a Refund (If Eligible)
If you believe your case qualifies under the exceptions above, please email us at sales@certifiedcarcheck.online with the subject line: “Refund Request”, and include the following details:
- Your full name
- Your email address used during purchase
- The VIN of the vehicle
- Reason for the refund
- Date of purchase
- Payment method (e.g., debit/credit card via Stripe)
- Transaction ID or last 4 digits of your card
Refund Processing
- Review Time: Refund requests will be reviewed within 20 business days.
- Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used.
